Har Yeow Cheong and Mok Wai Sum agreed to acquire additional 70% stake in Demand Options Sdn. Bhd. from GE-Shen Corporation Berhad (KLSE:GESHEN) for MYR 15 million on March 11, 2024.

As of December 31, 2023, Demand Options Sdn. Bhd. generated revenue of MYR 31.4 million, net loss of MYR 0.67 million and net assets of MYR 15.68 million.

The Proposed Disposal is expected to be completed in 2nd quarter of 2024. The Share Sale Agreement is expected to be signed in the next seven days.
