Gallant Precision Machining Co., Ltd. (TPEX:5443) acquired an additional unknown stake in C SUN Co. for NTD 199.1 million on February 22, 2023. Gallant Precision Machining acquire 4.5 million shares of C SUN Co. for unit price of NTD 44.24. The board of directors of Gallant Precision Machining approved the transaction.
