Digital Ocean (KOSE:A051160) agreed to acquire 76.04% stake in Leading Investment Co., Ltd. for KRW 4.9 billion in cash on April 4, 2013. Digital Ocean will acquire 19.04 million shares of Leading Investment. The Board of Directors of Digital Ocean has taken the resolution on April 4, 2013.
The transaction is expected to be closed on April 12, 2013. As on April 11, 2013, the scheduled acquisition date has been preponed to April 11, 2013.
