IJGN Inc announced a private placement of shares of gross proceeds of JPY 62,000,000 on January 26, 2018. The transaction included participation from ANRI No.3 Investment Limited Partnership a fund managed by ANRI, Infcurion Group,Inc, Mobile Create Co., Ltd. (TSE:3669) and Yusuke Ooki. The shares are allotted by way of third party capital increase method.
Future Innovation Group, Inc. is engaged in information and communications business, equipment business, semiconductor and automobile related business, as well as real estate and building related business. The information and telecommunication business is engaged in development and sale of mobile management systems, and the maintenance of communication equipment and applications. The equipment related business engages in research, development, manufacture, construction, maintenance management, and sale of unmanned aircrafts and robot control systems. The semiconductor and automotive-related business engages in manufacture and sale of semiconductors and automobile-related manufacturing equipment and molds. The real estate and building related business engages in construction and sale of condominiums and individual houses, the manufacture and sale of home elevators, solar power generation equipment and other devices.
