It also provides advisory services, facilitates capital formation and allocates capital to equity holdings. The Real Estate segment owns real estate in Quebec, Canada that is leased pursuant to a long-term triple net operating lease. The Company's merchant banking division has facilitated the launch of new companies, including FG Communities, Inc. (FG Communities), is a self-managed real estate company focused on a portfolio of manufactured housing communities that are owned and operated by FG Communities, Craveworthy LLC (Craveworthy).
