Yun Yen to Resign from Fulgent Genetics, Inc.'s Board, the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee, and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee

On June 25, 2022, Yun Yen, M.D., Ph.D., F.A.C.P., notified the Board of Directors of Fulgent Genetics, Inc. of his decision to resign from the Board, the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee, and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, effective as of June 25, 2022. Dr. Yens decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Companys operations, policies or practices.
