Ford Motor : Sale of 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor Raises $207,000 for JDRF at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction

• One-of-one Ford F-150 Raptor - the last VIN produced - commands $157,000 and an anonymous $50,000 donation at 46th annual Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction
• Proceeds benefit JDRF, the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes research
• Mark Fields, Ford Motor Company president and CEO, along with executives from JDRF gathered on stage to ramp up the excitement among bidders, fans and TV viewers

DEARBORN, Mich. Jan. 26, 2017 - The last 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor fetched $157,000 - with an additional $50,000 anonymous donation - at the 46th annual Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction, with all proceeds from the sale benefiting JDRF, the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes research.

Sam Pack, CEO of Sam Pack Five Star Ford of Carrollton, Texas, is the winning bidder of the one-of-one F-150 Raptor. He will choose a color for his truck.

The sale of this unique Raptor was championed on stage by Mark Fields, Ford Motor Company president and CEO, along with Ford team members involved in design and development, and executives from JDRF.
