David will replace Luis Boada, who led the position over the past three years and now steps into the role of Finance Vice President for Fluidra North America.
Fluidra, global leader in the pool equipment and wellness business, has appointed David Herrerías as new Investor Relations and Corporate Communications Director.
David joined the Fluidra headquarters in Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona) on September 7, has over 14 years' experience, and holds an engineering degree from the University of Seville and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Chicago).
He has worked at Morgan Stanley in London for the past nine years, taking on responsibilities in M&A and Capital Markets in the Financial Institutions and Fintech Group. For the last three years of his time at the finance multinational he was an Executive Director and engaged in, among other operations, the Allfunds IPO, the Caixabank-Bankia merger, and the London Stock Exchange's buyout of Refinitiv.
This new onboarding is to replace Luis Boada, who has been promoted to the position of Finance Vice President of Fluidra North America in Carlsbad (California) and who held David's current position for the past three years.
David Herrerías will lead the team together with Cristina del Castillo, Investor Relations Director, Pol Neiro, Corporate Business Analyst, and Bea Strebl, Corporate Communications Director, and the rest of the team.
