(1)In accordance with a resolution by Shareholders in the annual general
meeting held on 2022/05/31, the Company shall execute 2022 restricted
stocks plan in total volume of 2,500,000 shares. The issuance is
approved by Financial Supervisory Commission ("FSC") on 2022/07/07
at unit share price of NT$0.
(2)The Board meeting on 2022/08/03 resolves to issue 2,500,000 restricted
shares with the record date of issuance on 2022/09/05.
The chairman is authorized to reschedule the record date and handle any
other relevant issues, if deemed necessary.
