Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT) is an internally managed open-ended real estate investment trust. The REIT is formed for the purpose of owning and operating a portfolio of manufactured housing communities (MHC) located in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Illinois, Arkansas, and Missouri, including a fleet of manufactured homes for lease to residents of such housing communities. The REIT owns and operates approximately 80 MHCs comprising a total of 14,668 lots. Its portfolio includes Anderson Pointe, Hilltop Pointe, Woodland Acres Pointe, Carolina Pointe, Heritage Hills Pointe East, Heritage Hills Pointe West, Amberley Pointe, Berkshire Pointe, Indian Oaks Pointe, Pin Oak Pointe, Applewood Pointe, Candlelight Pointe, Glacier Hill RV Resort, Harmony Pointe, Redwood Pointe, Hummingbird Hills Pointe, White Pines Pointe, West Harbor Cove Pointe, among others.
