FUNO® ANNOUNCES IT IS ONE OF THE WORLDS TOP 15% BEST PERFORMING COMPANIES IN ESG PRACTICES AND THEREFORE HAS BEEN INCLUDED IN THE S&P SUSTAINABILITY YEARBOOK2021

Fibra Uno (Mexbol: FUNO11) ("FUNO" or "Fibra Uno trust"), the first and largest Real Estate Investment Trust in Mexico announces its inclusion in the S&P Global, Sustainability Yearbook 2021.

Global leaders in sustainability are included in S&P's Yearbook, therefore, given FUNO´s sustainability performance is within the top 15% of the Real Estate industry, worldwide, we are proud to announce our inclusion in S&P's Yearbook as one of the world's highest performing sustainable companies.

In order to be listed in the Yearbook, companies must score within the top 15% of their industry and must achieve an S&P Global ESG Score within 30% of their industry's top-performing company. The Sustainability Yearbook 2021 considered over 7000 companies assessed in the 2020 Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA)

The CSA focuses on criteria that are both industry-specific and financially material and has been doing so since 1999. This helps FUNO understand, which sustainability factors are important from an investor's perspective, and which in turn, are most likely to have an impact on the company's financial performance. Thus, the CSA serves as a sustainability roadmap helping prioritize corporate sustainability initiatives that are most likely to enhance FUNOs company's competitiveness.
