Extreme Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6033) agreed to acquire Witnest Inc from PCPhase Corporation for ¥270 million on April 4, 2016. extreme Co will acquire 200 shares of Witnest Inc in the deal. Witnest Inc had net assets of ¥10 million and total assets of ¥28.43 million for the year ended March 31, 2016.
The Board of Directors of extreme Co., approved the transaction on April 4, 2016. The deal is expected to close by April 15, 2016.
