COMPANY EVENTS 2020 CALENDAR

January 30, 2020. Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - informs that today the Board of Directors has approved the following calendar of company events:

March 13, 2020 Board of Directors' meeting: approval of Annual Report as at 31 December 2019

April 28, 2020 Ordinary Shareholders' meeting: approval of Annual Report as at 31 December 2019 - first call

April 29, 2020 Ordinary Shareholders' meeting: approval of Annual Report as at 31 December 2019 - second call

May 14, 2020 Board of Directors' meeting: approval of the additional financial information for the

period ending on 31 March 2020

August 6, 2020 Board of Directors' meeting: approval half year financial report at 30 June 2020

November 13, 2020 Board of Directors' meeting: approval of the additional financial information for the

period ending on 30 September 2020

As already notified in the previous financial year and in continuity with the past, the Board of Directors intends to keep on the publication, on a voluntary basis, of the quarterly periodic information, in order to ensure consistency of information with regard to the financial market and investors; the Board will not prepare the interim management report for the fourth quarter as it will make available the annual financial report and other documents referred to in Art. 154-ter, comma 1 of TUF ("Testo Unico delle Disposizioni in Materia di Intermediazione Finanziaria) within ninety days of the end of the financial year.
