Evexia Lifecare Limited agreed to acquire 80% stake in Revin Labs Private Limited for INR 450 million.

Evexia Lifecare Limited (BSE:524444) agreed to acquire 80% stake in Revin Labs Private Limited for INR 450 million on April 24, 2024. The consideration will comprise of 50% i.e. INR 224 million to be paid by cash and balance 50% of INR 224 million to be adjusted by issuing equity shares of Evexia Lifecare Limited to the individual shareholders of Revin Labs Private. The shares are being acquired at INR 140 per equity share.

Board of Directors of Evexia Lifecare in their Board Meeting held on April 24, 2024 approved the acquisition.
