DENVER (AP) — DENVER (AP) — EverCommerce Inc. (EVCM) on Thursday reported a loss of $23.3 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Denver-based company said it had a loss of 12 cents.

The results fell short of Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 2 cents per share.

The business software company posted revenue of $169.4 million in the period, also falling short of Street forecasts. Seven analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $172.4 million.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $45.6 million, or 24 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $675.4 million.

For the current quarter ending in March, EverCommerce said it expects revenue in the range of $160.5 million to $163.5 million.

The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $676 million to $696 million.
