Eurocash Sales Skills Academy - Responsible Business

The Eurocash Sales Skills Academy was included in the report 'Responsible Business in Poland 2016. Good Practices' the most extensive publication presenting best CRS practices in the Polish market. The 15th edition of the report, drafted by the Responsible Business Forum, includes descriptions of 180 projects which were carried out by firms in 2016. All initiatives were grouped according to the 7 areas defined in the ISO 26000 norm in relation to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set out by the United Nations in 2015.
The Eurocash Sales Skills Academy is the largest comprehensive education and vocational training program in Poland dedicated for independent retailers from Eurocash's franchise and partner networks. Participating store owners and employees have access to a modern e-learning platform as well as workshops and conferences which allow them to expand their knowledge of store management in the context of changing consumer trends. Since September 2016, in the ongoing edition of the Academy, some 9.000 store owners and employees participated in workshops and conferences organized at the National Stadium in Warsaw.
