Germany's E.ON on Monday said it will form a new subsidiary for its British energy retail business in a partnership with a unit of Octopus Energy.
The unit, called E.ONnext, will be the home of E.ON's residential and commercial clients in Britain as well as those of Npower, which it acquired through the breakup of Innogy.
