The decrease in revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2012 compared to the same period in 2011 was mainly due to a decrease in deliveries to core customer base. The increase in the net loss for the three months ended March 31, 2012 compared to the same periods in the prior year was mainly due to the increase in the inventory obsolescence reserve recorded in the first quarter of 2012. Operating cash used in the first quarter of 2012 decreased compared to the prior year period due mainly to decreased inventory purchases in line with near term sales forecast.
