From March 1, 2024 to May 31, 2024, the company has repurchased 91,883 shares, representing 0.36% for $1.82 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 2,437,101 shares, representing 9.43% for $40.41 million under the buyback announced on October 21, 2008.
Ennis, Inc. is engaged in the business of manufacturing, designing and selling business forms and other printed business products, primarily to distributors located in the United States.
