  • On October 23, Term Deposits for CLP $ MM 17,500 are released, with this, all the collateral DPs of the Guarantee Certificates are released: CLP $ MM 32,000
  • On January 22, Enjoy issued in the local market Series U, V, W intermediate bonds maturing in 2027 for a total amount of $ 2,015,600,000 and these bonds were exchanged for the Series 21A Commercial Papers.
  • On January 22, Enjoy issued in the local market Series X, Y, Z intermediate bonds maturing in 2027 for a total amount of $ 20,431,200,000 and these bonds were exchanged for the Series 4C Commercial Papers

• Impact due to reversal of Asset Impairment Test: CLP $ MM +22,241: Update considers partial reversal in Punta del Este and Rinconada, and total reversal in Chiloé, due to a decrease in discount rate, and update of cash flow projections.

"2020 was undoubtedly the most challenging year that most of the world's economies have faced in recent history, many of which suffered the severe effects of the pandemic and health crisis.

On March 18, we assumed the requirement of the Superintendency of Casinos and Games to close all our casinos, followed also by the closure of our hotels in Chile, Mendoza and Punta del Este, remaining by the first time in our history, total closure of our operations.

In parallel to all these processes we did not stop preparing, planning the future of our business; focusing on the development of prevention, hygiene and safety procedures with the aim of safeguarding a safe return for our clients and collaborators.

During these days we are in the last stage of implementation of the Judicial Reorganization agreements, which lays the foundations for a future with financial solidity."
