​ENEVA - a company in Judicial Recovery - informs that the company's Board of Directors named, on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, Mr. José Aurelio Drummond Jr. as ENEVA CEO. The board also elected Mr. Fábio Pinheiro as Chairman. He replaces Mr. Fabio Bicudo, who held the position since January 2015. The Board of Directors of ENEVA is formed by David Zylbersztajn, Frank Possmeier, Marcos Grodetzky and José Aurelio Drummond Jr., who holds both positions. With the changes, Mr. Alexandre Americano leaves the presidency of the Company and takes office as Legal and Regulatory Director.

Mr. Drummond has extensive experience in business management in companies from several sectors of the economy, in Brazil and abroad. Before arriving at ENEVA, the executive was president of Alcoa Latin America and also held global leadership positions at Whirlpool for 14 years. Those roles included President for Europe, Middle East and Africa and President for Latin America Region. Mr. Drummond holds a bachelor's degree in metallurgical engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial in São Paulo and completed the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania (USA).
