Reference is made to the fact that, on 21 September 2017, the Central Bankruptcy Court issued an order for approval of the business rehabilitation of Energy Earth Public Company Limited (the "Company") and appointed EY Corporate Advisory Services Limited as the Planner (the "Planner"), and the appointment of the Planner was subsequently announced in the Royal Gazette on 24 October 2017. Under the law, the Planner has a three-month period to prepare the business rehabilitation plan from the appointment of the Planner in the Royal Gazette. The Planner may request for an extension with the court for not more than two times, each for a period of one month. The Planner hereby reports the progress of the business rehabilitation process as follows;

As of 24 January 2018, which was the due date for the submission of the business rehabilitation plan, the Planner was still in the process of preparing the business rehabilitation plan, therefore the Planner has submitted a request for the first extension of the submission period for the business rehabilitation plan to the Central Bankruptcy Court, and the court has approved such extension of the submission for one month. In this regard, the Planner hereby informs you that in case where the business rehabilitation plan is not completed, the Planner shall submit a request for the second extension of the submission period for the business rehabilitation plan to the Central Bankruptcy Court for another period of one month, as specified by the law. However, the Planner shall complete the preparation of business rehabilitation plan by 24 March 2018, and shall inform you of the progress accordingly.
