Empresa Agricola Sintuco SA is a Peru-based company principally engaged in the farming sector. The Company's activities include the cultivation, production and sale of sugar cane. The Company's facilities are located in the province of Ascope, region of La Libertad with a total cultivation area of 1,739 hectares, where 1,414 hectares are sugar cane plantations. As of December 31, 2011, Corporacion Azucarera del Peru SA was the Company's majority shareholder with 57.69% of its interest.
