The Bank's loan portfolio consists primarily of commercial and industrial loans and real estate loans secured by multi-family and commercial real estate properties located in its primary area. It offers real estate loans for commercial property that is owner-occupied, as well as commercial property owned by real estate investors. Deposits are the Bank's primary source of funds to support the Bank's earning assets.
