The Board of Directors of Emaar the Economic City Company, in its meeting dated October 25, 2021, resolved to appoint the new Board Chairman, the new Vice-Chairman, and to recompose the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Executive Committee.
Accordingly, Mr. Assim Alsuhaibani was appointed as the new Chairman of the Board and Mr. Jamal Bin Thaniah appointed as the new Vice-Chairman; starting from October 25, 2021 until the end of the current session of the board on September 25, 2023. |
