Elite Semiconductor Memory Technology Inc (TSEC:3006) agreed to acquire remaining 80.06% stake in Eon Silicon Solution Inc. (GTSM:3411) for approximately TWD 260 million in stock on November 10, 2015. Elite Semiconductor will issue 1 share for 2.55 shares of Eon Silicon. Post acquisition, Eon Silicon will be dissolved.
The acquisition is expected to close on May 31, 2016. Eon Silicon Solution will stop trading from June 2, 2016.
