Certain Common Shares of EduLab, Inc. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 18-JUN-2019. These Common Shares will be under lockup for 180 days starting from 20-DEC-2018 to 18-JUN-2019.

the sellers Junichi Takamura, Hiroshi Matsuda and Norio Hayashi, seller and lender Shin Soga, company shareholders and executives Nobuhiko Seki and Norihisa Wada, company shareholders Obunsha Capital Co., Ltd. and Ohana Investment Co., Ltd., company executives and warrant owners Daisuke Hojo, Hiroyuki Otake, Sakuma Tanaka and Kazuhiko Asaka, and warrant owners Koji Takahashi, Seiichi Hosoya, Daisuke Shudo, Takeshi Sasaki, Shinya Sano and Reiko Sawada have agreed not to sell their shares for a period of 180 days from the listing date and ending on June 18, 2019.
The company’s warrant owners Atsushi Yoshikawa, Wu Chunlai, Shino Katsura, Masaru Yamada, Toshio Yamanashi, Toshiki Mitake, Manabu Yatabe, Nobumitsu Takeda, Koichi Morita, Sayaka Sakai, Ayako Inoue, Kaori Yamaguchi, Naoki Hirose, Tsuneo Yokosuka, and Seiji Ohba have agreed not to sell their shares for a period of 90 days from the listing date and ending on March 20, 2019.
