Boadicea Resources Ltd (ASX:BOA) entered a Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire Exploration Licence E62/2050 from Duketon Mining Limited (ASX:DKM) for AUD 0.04 million on February 21, 2023. Under the terms of consideration, Boadicea will pay AUD 0.04 million in newly issued shares.
