DLG: Chairman of the Group: Mr. Bui Phap registers to buy 10 million of shares

Duc Long Gia Lai Group join stock company (DLG) notices that Mr. Bui Phap, Chairman of the group registers to buy 10 million of shares in order to increase his ownership toward the company.

The trade will be doing between 17 Nov and 17 Dec. Before buying the new shares, Mr. Phap owns 34 millions shares equal to 15.44% of total shares. After successful purchasing new shares, Mr. Phap ownership portion will increase to almost 44 million shares equal to 20% of total existing shares.

Follow DLG management team, recently, even though business activities have been achieved highly result, and its cash flow is stable, under the negative effect from economic environment, DLG share price has been decreased significantly which does not reflect the real result from DLG's activities.

Besides other business sectors, DLG growth rate is secured by 3 main sectors which are: electronic component, BOT Infrastructure and real estate.

In sector of producing electronic component, With the factory in Dogguan, China and DLG-Hanbit in Seoul, Korea, this two companies will contribute stable and long term income to DLG. In addition, in this quater, DLG will officially operate the factory in Sai Gon High Tech Park in district 9, HCMC which will bring this sector of DLG to another level.

In BOT infrastructure area, revenue from toll stations is rising due to an increase from the number of behicles traveling on the road in the peak period of time in a year.

Furthermore, real estate sector has a number of projects from apartments to houses focused on the East side of HCMC. At the biginning, 3 projects with more than 2,500 houses has been started in Hochiminh market, Duc Long Golden Land, Duc Long New Land, Duc Long western Park with highly atrractive to home buyers and investors. Until now 30% of all the apartments have been sold.
