Dream Finders Homes, Inc. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was USD 825.22 million compared to USD 767.48 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 827.8 million compared to USD 769.42 million a year ago.
Net income was USD 54.49 million compared to USD 49.09 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.55 compared to USD 0.49 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.55 compared to USD 0.45 a year ago.
Dream Finders Homes, Inc. (DFHs) is a homebuilder company. The Company builds single-family homes throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest, including Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Colorado, and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, which comprises of Northern Virginia and Maryland.
