Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited announced that the board of directors in their meeting held on May 11, 2023, approved the appointment of Mr. Vinay Gujral as Company Secretary (KMP) of the company with effect from May 11, 2023. Mr. Vinay Gujral (ACS 25995) is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Law Graduate and holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce. Mr. Gujral has around 13 years of post- qualification experience in the domain of corporate governance, board process, statutory compliance, corporate restructuring and legal affairs.
Mr. Gujral is associated with the Company since December 2019.
