Douglas Emmett, Inc. Appoints Kevin Crummy as Chief Investment Officer

Douglas Emmett Inc. announced that Mr. Kevin Crummy joined its executive management team as its Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining Douglas Emmett, Mr. Crummy spent 20 years at Eastdil Secured, a real estate investment banking company, where he was a Managing Director focused on sales and recapitalizations in Los Angeles, Hawaii and the other major West Coast markets. Mr. Crummy also led the Eastdil Secured team that sourced Asian capital for real estate transactions in the United States and Europe.

The Company owns and operates office and multifamily properties located in premier coastal submarkets in Los Angeles and Honolulu.
