Dosilicon Co., Ltd. (SHSE:688110) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 200 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 40 per share. Repurchases will be funded using excess funds obtained from the initial public offering of common shares. All the shares repurchased will be used for employee stock ownership and/or equity incentive plans The program will be valid for 12 months.
On June 14, 2023, the company announced that it has adjusted its share repurchase price from not more than CNY 40 per share to not more than CNY 39.87 per share.
