And the Stock Exchange of Thailand With effect from 1 October 2019 onwards; acknowledging the resignation of Mr. Pachara Pantanapratez who is a Company director Executive Director Has a letter of intention to resign from the said position With effect from 10 September 2019 onwards due to other obligations; approving the appointment Mr. Aekphusit Boonsiriyotthakul is a director of the company. Executive Committee and Chief Operating Officer In replacement of the resigned director Who has qualifications as a director Complete as required by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

And the Stock Exchange of Thailand With effect from 1 October 2019 onwards (1) Approval to change Mr. Wutichai Anantakul from the position of Executive Director and Deputy Managing Director of Plant to be Executive Committee and Chief Project Officer. (2) Change approval resolution Ms. Suwarin Konthong from the position of Executive Director and Deputy Managing Director of Accounting and Finance (CFO) as Executive Director and Chief Administrative Officer. (3) Resolution approving the appointment of Mr. Vorarat Charoonsmith as Executive Committee and Chief Marketing Officer (4) The resolution to approve the appointment of Ms. Apiradee Wangwitya as a Executive Committee and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) With effect from 1 October 2019 onwards.
