The board of directors of China Ding Yi Feng Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Sui Guangyi has resigned from all of his positions held with the company, namely, non-executive Director, chairman of the Board and member of the investor relations committee of the Board, all with effect from close of business on 22 January 2020.
