Di-Nikko Engineering Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:6635) agreed to acquire print wiring board manufacturing business from Tochigi Denshi Kogyo Co.,Ltd. on February 12, 2019. The transaction has been approved by the board of Di-Nikko Engineering Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to complete on February 28, 2019.
