Dhanuka Agritech Limited on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 10, 2023 has designated Mr. Harsh Dhanuka, Whole Time Director as Executive Director- Alliances & Supply Chain of the Company, with immediate effect.
