Dhanuka Agritech Limited Announces Change of Designation of Mridul Dhanuka from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director

Dhanuka Agritech Limited announced that Mr. Mridul Dhanuka has been resigned as Executive Director of the company with effect from June 29, 2020. However, Mr. Mridul Dhanuka will continue as a Non-executive Director of the company with effect from the abovementioned date.
