LT1, Inc. entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 31.22% stake in Dev Information Technology Limited (NSEI:DEVIT) from a group of shareholders for INR 1.2 billion on June 16, 2023. Under the agreement, LT1, Inc. will acquire 86,98,885 equity shares in Dev Information Technology at a price of INR 134.50 per equity share. In a related transaction, LT1, Inc. also made an open offer to acquire 25.78% stake in Dev Information Technology Limited for approximately INR 970 million on June 16, 2023.
