Deutsche Grundstuecksauktionen : Shareholder has sought action for annulment against a decision of the general meeting

In accordance with §§ 246 para. 4, with today's date, DGA has submitted to the Federal Gazette the notification for publication that the shareholder JKK Beteiligungs-GmbH, Würzburg, has sought action for annulment against two decisions taken at the annual general meeting on 29thJune 2015.

The action is directed against the decision regarding the agenda item 5 're-election of the supervisory board' and agenda item 6 'election of an alternate member'.

The action is pending at Landgericht Berlin, 98thChamber of Commercial Affairs, registered under the case number 98 O 32/15. The court initially ordered written preliminary proceeding according to § 276 ZPO. Therefore, a date for the hearing is not yet known.
