Yosen Group, Inc. (OTCPK:YOSN) announced that it has entered into Subscription Agreements for a private placement of up to 15,000,000 units at $0.25 per unit for gross proceeds of $3,750,000 with accredited investors on May 26, 2015. Each unit will comprise of one common share and a three-year warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share at $0.25 per share.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2015.
