The Company manages investment in its subsidiaries and associated companies and also engaged in the business of trading and marketing of renewable energy solutions, mainly solar, to commercial and industrial consumers, along with the legacy textile business. The Company operates through two segments: Renewable energy, and Other operations. The Renewable energy solutions segment includes trading and construction of renewable energy projects, mainly solar, to commercial and industrial consumers. Other operations segment includes management of investment in associate by the Company. The Company's subsidiaries include Tenaga Generasi Limited, Reon Energy Limited, Mozart (Private) Limited, Abrax (Private) Limited, Greengo (Private) Limited, and Reon Alpha (Private) Limited. Tenaga Generasi Limited primarily carries out the business of power generation as an independent power producer using wind energy.
