Lazard Korea Asset Management Co., Ltd. acquired 5.5% stake in Dawonsys Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A068240) on January 6, 2017. Under the terms of the agreement Lazard Korea Asset acquires 1.3 million shares which represents 5.43% stake in Dawonsys.
Lazard Korea Asset Management Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of 5.5% stake in Dawonsys Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A068240) on January 6, 2017.
DAWONSYS CO.,LTD. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of special power supplies and electronic induction heating equipment. The Company provides five categories of products: nuclear fusion power supplies, including high voltage high current power supplies; plasma power supplies, including low temperature plasma desulfurization systems, atmosphere plasma power supplies and plasma torch power supplies; atmospheric pressure plasma supplies, which are used for flat panel display (FPD), surface modification and eco-friendly areas; solar chemical vapor deposition (CVD) power supplies, rectifiers for CVD reactors, as well as electronic induction heating supplies. It mainly distributes its products in domestic market.
