Koo, Jung-Mo and Choi Jung-Sook acquired an additional 1.7% stake in Daegu Department Store Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A006370) for KRW 2.2 billion on December 21, 2012. Koo, Jung-Mo and Choi, Jung-Sook acquired 0.11 million and 0.4 million shares of Daegu Department Store respectively for KRW 14500 each. Post acquisition, Koo, Jung-Mo will have 15.4% and Choi, Jung-Sook will have 3.73% stake in Daegu Department Store Co., Ltd.
