D. I. System Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:4421) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 150,000 shares, representing 4.91% of its issued share capital for ?165 million. The purpose of the program is to prepare for a flexible capital policy in line with future business development. The program is valid till November 21, 2022. As of September 30, 2021, the company had 3,054,776 shares issued (excluding treasury stock) and more than 224 shares in treasury.

The Company operates in two business segments. The system integration business is engaged in design and development of business applications, design and construction of infrastructure systems, and operation and maintenance of business application infrastructure systems. The educational service security solution business provides educational services such as computer languages, databases, servers, and networks. The Company also develops, sells, introduces, and maintains security products.
