D. I. System Co., Ltd. (TSE:4421) agreed to acquire Weeds Inc. from Yasuo Takami and Masami Takami for ¥180 million on June 14, 2022. D. I. System will pay ¥20 million as advisory expenses. For the year ended December 31,2021 Weeds Inc. reported Net Worth ¥50 million, Total Assets ¥197 million, Sales ¥205 million, Operating income ¥18 million and Net income ¥13 million. After the acquisition Weeds Inc will become consolidated subsidiary of D. I. System Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to complete on July 1, 2022.
