Creaspac AB is a Sweden-based acquisition company, a so-called Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC). The Company's overall acquisition strategy is to seek to acquire a company with potential for revaluation and the opportunity to generate profit growth, taking risk into account. Potential target companies include primarily Nordic, unlisted companies that operate in markets that are undergoing change, with potential for revaluation and the possibility of generating profit growth, with a company value of approximately SEK 2-5 million.
