Cosmo Chemical Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was KRW 249.35 million compared to KRW 255.54 million a year ago. Net loss was KRW 2,238.16 million compared to net income of KRW 3,649.69 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was KRW 70 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of KRW 117.8571 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was KRW 70 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of KRW 117.8571 a year ago. Basic loss per share was KRW 70 compared to basic earnings per share of KRW 115 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was KRW 869.84 million compared to KRW 867.47 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 10,140.28 million compared to KRW 10,306.97 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 327 compared to KRW 337.5 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 327 compared to KRW 337.5 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was KRW 327 compared to KRW 332 a year ago.

The Company produces titanium dioxides, which are used in rubbers, papers, resins, paints, bricks, electronic components, multi layer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs), catalysts and others under the brand name COTIOX KA-100 and COTIOX KA- 300.
