Core Resource Management, Inc., formerly Direct Pet Holdings, Inc., is a development-stage company. The Company is engaged in acquiring oil and gas production in North America. The Company is also focused on acquiring publicly traded oil and gas companies. As of December 31, 2014, the Company was not engaged in direct exploration. The Company holds interests in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. The Company holds working or royalty interests in approximately 20 producing well, approximately nine non-operated wells, approximately seven inactive or non-producing wells and approximately four saltwater disposal wells. As of December 31, 2014, the Company produced and sold approximately 2,600 barrels of oil and approximately 450 thousand cubic feet (Mcf) of gas. The Company's subsidiaries include Core Resource Management Holding, Inc., Core Chiltepin Holdings, Inc. and Nitro Petroleum, Inc.
