HOUSTON - ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) will host a conference call webcast on Thursday, Jan. 29 at 12:00 p.m. EST to discuss fourth-quarter 2014 and full-year 2014 financial and operating results. The company's earnings will be released before the market opens on Jan. 29.
